about st. barnabas

Rooted in Falmouth.
Open to all.

For more than 135 years, St. Barnabas has been a spiritual home in the heart of Falmouth. We are an Episcopal community grounded in worship, shaped by curiosity, and committed to welcome, connection, and service.

Our historic campus tells part of our story. The life that happens here—worship and music, friendship and learning, service and community—is what continues to shape it.

A church with deep roots and a living faith.

St. Barnabas has been part of Falmouth since 1888, when the Beebe family established the parish in memory of their parents. Over generations, one church building grew into a campus of places for worship, fellowship, learning, service, prayer, and community life.

Today, we continue to value the traditions that have shaped us while making room for new people, new questions, and new ways to serve our neighbors.
